Terms of Service
Effective date: June 12, 2026.
Use of the service
You may use Anshin Guard to monitor your own device or a device whose owner has clearly agreed to be monitored. You must not use the app to secretly track, harass, control, or surveil another person.
No emergency guarantee
Anshin Guard is not an emergency response service, medical device, life-support system, or guaranteed safety system. Alerts may be delayed or fail because of device settings, Android restrictions, network problems, server outages, email provider issues, or user configuration.
Accounts and managers
You are responsible for choosing trusted manager contacts and keeping account access secure. If you manage another user's device, you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining that user's consent.
Subscriptions
Paid memberships are handled through Google Play where available. Prices, renewals, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment methods are governed by Google Play policies and the purchase terms shown at checkout. Membership benefits may include more manager contacts, more devices, shorter status intervals, and limited cloud status retention.
Acceptable use
You must not abuse APIs, attempt to bypass plan limits, interfere with the service, upload malicious data, or use the app in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anvia Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for damages caused by missed alerts, delayed alerts, incorrect settings, device restrictions, or third-party service failures.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
